Welcome to Lina Burduk! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Lina Burduk. Lina Burduk operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Lina Burduk operates on the Shopify platform, which allows us to provide the Services to you.

All product descriptions may be changed at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on an individual basis.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Lina Burduk reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not considered accepted until Lina Burduk confirms its acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order can be accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Lina Burduk may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. In the event that we do not accept your order, modify it, or cancel it, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided when the order was placed.
Returns or exchanges of your purchases are governed solely by our Return Policy. 
You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 — PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without prior notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, and will be stated in the order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated otherwise, published prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
Prices published in our online stores may differ from prices offered in physical stores or in online or other stores operated by third parties. We may from time to time offer promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms separate from these Terms. If a conflict arises between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the terms of the promotion will apply.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information when making all purchases in our stores. You agree to promptly update your account details and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and their expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you if needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is genuine, correct, and complete, (ii) you have proper authorization to use such credit card to make the purchase, (iii) charges you incur will be honored by your credit card issuer, and (iv) you will pay the charges you incur at the stated prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING
We are not responsible for shipping delays. All shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. Once goods are handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

Our Services, including, without limitation, all trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio materials, as well as their design, selection and arrangement, belong to Lina Burduk, its affiliates or licensors, and are protected by patent, copyright, and other intellectual property law of the United States and other countries.

The names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans of Lina Burduk are trademarks of Lina Burduk, its affiliates, or licensors. You must not use such trademarks without Lina Burduk's prior written permission. The name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans of Shopify are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans featured within the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

You may be given access to third-party tools offered within the Services that we do not control and do not monitor.

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should make sure you are familiar with and agree to the terms on which such tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

Lina Burduk operates on the Shopify platform, which allows us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Lina Burduk. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Lina Burduk, including any harm, damage, or loss arising from products and services purchased. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to your purchases and transactions with Lina Burduk.

All personal information that we collect through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, available here, and certain personal information may also be governed by Shopify's Privacy Policy, available here. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read these privacy policies.

Information that you provide to the Services will be transmitted to and shared with Shopify, as well as third parties who may be located in countries other than your country of residence, for the purpose of providing you with the services. We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services (or any part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice, and you remain obligated to pay all amounts owed up to and including the date of termination.
The following sections continue to apply after any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT, OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS LIMIT OR DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED OR OTHER WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification, and untimely notice will not relieve you of your obligations unless it materially prejudices your interests. We may control the defense and settlement of such a claim at your expense, including the choice of counsel, but we will not settle any claim requiring a non-monetary obligation from you without your consent (which may not be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense against claims subject to indemnification, including by providing relevant documents.
