Through gentle, guided movement — no dance experience needed — we release the stress the body has been holding. We free it from rigidity to restore lightness, quiet the mind, and reclaim the right to simply be a Woman.
Dance Movement Workshop "Return to Yourself"
What this actually is
Dance movement therapy has nothing to do with dance classes. There is no choreography, no performance, and no one watching you. It's a body-based practice: guided movement that releases the stress and tension the body holds long after the mind has moved on.
What happens in the three hours
We begin with a warm-up, so the body stops holding and becomes responsive, we learn how to feel. The main part is a series of guided exercises where movement becomes the tool — working with what the body holds, rather than what it can show. We close gently, so you leave collected rather than cracked open.
You never have to talk about your feelings. You say only what you want to say.
What you'll leave with
Less physical tension. A quieter mind. A sense of steadiness in your own body — and, for many women, a lightness they haven't felt in a long time.
